Murry's auditions and casts performers locally, regionally, and nationally. We attend the National Dinner Theatre Association Auditions in March and UPTA's in Memphis held in February. Locally we hold auditions here at the theatre 0n January 14 and on May 5 at 6:30pm. An accompanist is provided. We ask that performers sing 16 bars of music and then our choreographer will dance everyone together.

These auditions are very informal and we encourage everyone that is interested in the magic of theatre to audition.

Productions run between four and six weeks with a two-week rehearsal period. Our artistic director Mr. Glen J. Gilbert has directed Murry's productions since 1986.
