Our Mission and Vision

Downtown Little Rock Partnership (DLRP) is a nonprofit organization representing its members in pursuit of a remarkable urban experience.

DLRP strives to provide leadership in this endeavor by addressing or advocating for planning, legislation, transportation, economic development and numerous public and private initiatives that strengthen the overall downtown business, cultural/entertainment/recreational, and residential community, and enhance the image of downtown Little Rock.

DLRP also manages the Metrocentre Business Improvement District (BID No. 1) to provide enhanced services for a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant downtown. Additionally, DLRP manages the Pulaski Empowerment Zone (PEZA), a federally designated area offering tax incentives to stimulate business growth and job creation in distressed areas of Pulaski County, including downtown Little Rock.
