The Cox Community Concert!

The AMP and Cox Communications are proud to announce Collin Raye and Restless Heart Tour for the Cox Community Concert on September 5, 2009. These headliner country artists have produced a combined total of 42 top ten hits, nine platinum and gold albums, 21 number one hits, and twelve CMA nominations.

The Cox Community Concert is a free-to-the-public event that treats the public to top-notch live music, and will benefit two excellent organizations: Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Arkansas and The Jones Center. These two organizations support young people from all over the Northwest Arkansas region.

About Us

Every summer has a soundtrack. The songs you remember most and the songs which define the good times with your friends. Unbelievable, memories are countless at one of the country's top amphitheatres - the Arkansas Music Pavilion known by enthusiasts as "The amp". The amp is one of the top 100 amphitheatres in the nation. It has produced headlining shows for the past four years and continues this season with a roster of national touring shows.

Longtime Fayetteville residents and George's owners, Suzie Stephens and Brian Crowne are proud to be the new owners of this outstanding venue. They are excited about expanding the season and the uses for The amp. The amp is expanding to offer production and venue services beyond concerts. The Concert Series will continue to have headliners and musically diverse acts to reach across the musical spectrum; in addition the venue will reach out to the region's community.

New at The amp: family fun festivals, statewide tailgate parties to cheer our Hogs on, teen night events, weddings & and receptions and much, much more. The amp is truly the Sounds of Summer this season!
